If you are just getting started in scrapbooking, it is best to own a set of basic punches. Punches are the most versatile die cutting tool. But if you are ready for more! of everything – styles, tools, cost (lol) it is time to consider a die cutting machine. For most scrapbookers, the Sizzix sidekick will be the only die cutting tool you really need. Need, not want!! lol It’s hard to beat the cost, portability and options for a beginner. And all the dies you buy for the Sidekick will work in larger, more expensive die cutting machines as well. So you won’t waste your money
